Ciara Aloisio garments and styling pieces are minimal yet meticulous in their production. Every piece is forged to match the lovers' vision, because every detail matters in your unique love story. 

​An esteemed graduate from the Fashion Design Studio in Ultimo, designer Ciara has 10+ years experience in fashion design and production.

 

Ciara Aloisio's collection of made-to-order bridalwear and styling pieces are available upon request, with a selection of styling pieces available for hire exclusively.

  • Where are you based?
    We're based in Greendale, which is about 1 hour from Sydney CBD, and we work remotely with brides around Australia and International.
  • What are your lead times?
    Gowns & Dresses Lead times may vary, with an approximate ship date disclosed in each product description. You will receive a measurement chart with an instructional guide on how to take all of the required measurements. We recommend starting the process at least 4 months prior to your event. Following receipt of final measurements, production time is up to 8 weeks, with all of our garments handmade locally in Sydney, Australia. This is a general guide only, and time frames may vary depending on the garment and based on your needs. Flower Girls Lead times may vary, with an approximate ship date disclosed in each product description. You will receive a measurement chart with an instructional guide on how to take all of the required measurements. We recommend starting the process at least 4 months prior to your event, and that final measurements are taken in the 12 to 14 week window prior, given they can grow quickly at their young age. This will ensure a tailored fit on the wedding day. Following receipt of final measurements, production time is up to 8 weeks, with all of our garments handmade locally in Sydney, Australia. This is a general guide only, and time frames may vary based on your needs. Styling pieces This will vary by styling piece, and there is an approximate ship date disclosed in each product description. Bloom Wishing Well takes up to 6 weeks from the time you order. Silk Signage takes up to 4 weeks following finalisation of the design. For seating charts, this is contingent on having a finalised guest list and seating arrangement available. Actual time to deliver from when you order may vary. Place Bows take up to 4 weeks following finalisation of your guest list. As noted, this timeframe is contingent on having a finalised guest list available, so actual time to deliver from when you order may vary. Fiore napkins take up to 6 weeks from the time you order. Actual time to deliver from when you order may vary depending on the quantity requested.
  • I think I've left it too late! Can you rush my order through?
    This will depend on the circumstances and the product, noting every product is made-to-order. So if you need to confirm whether your order will be completed on time, contact us through the general enquiry form, or by email.
  • When should I order my dress?
    We recommend ordering your dress at least 4 months prior to your event. The more time you allow, the better, with the exception being flower girls. Whilst we still recommend you order the flower girl dresses at least 4 months prior to the event, we ask that you take their final measurements in the 12 to 14 week window prior, as we know they can grow quickly at their young age.
  • How do I take my measurements for my dress?
    With each garment order, you will be provided a measurement chart to fill out and return to us. Each chart includes a list of all the measurements we need to make your garment, with instructions and a diagram for reference.
  • Where can I find a copy of the measurement chart?
    Every time you place an order for a garment, you will receive a copy of the measurement chart via email. If for some reason you haven't received a copy after placing an order, please email us, and we will send you a copy within 24 hours.
  • How do I know it will fit me?
    We have worked with women and girls of all ages and understand the importance of a perfect fit, hence all of our gowns and dresses are tailored to your measurements. Our focus is on craftsmanship and always striving for perfection. That is why we maintain a direct line of communication to ensure measurements are correct, all questions are answered, and everything is in order.
  • Can I book an appointment?
    We will consider in-person or virtual appointments by request only. To do so, please fill out the general enquiry form or contact us by email.
  • I want to hire your styling pieces, where do I start?
    You can find all of the hire pieces available on our hire page, to peruse and choose which pieces you like. At the bottom of the hire page, you will find a hire request form. Please fill out the form to submit any requests for styling pieces you wish to hire. We will respond within 48 hours to confirm that the pieces are available on the date of your event, and provide a final quote for you to consider.
  • I really love one of your styling pieces for hire, but I am not local to Sydney, can I still hire the item?
    If you are located outside of Sydney, we can provide a quote for return shipping to your address. To get a quote, please submit the Hire Request Form.
  • What are your conditions for hire?
    If you request to hire our styling pieces, we allow collection within the 4 days prior to your event, and they must be returned within 3 days after your event to accommodate other hire requests. Each item will incur a bond that will be refunded, pending no loss, no damage, and return to our location within the specified timeframe. Each hire incurs a bond up to $200 that will be refunded within 7 days after the return of the styling pieces, pending no loss, no damage, and return to our location within the specified timeframe. That means, if there is any loss, any repairs needed, or if you don't return the items on time and it disrupts our ability to service other brides, we may withhold your bond.   • I want a variation of the Bloom Wishing Well. Can you change it for me?
    Although we appreciate this, we must only offer the designs created by us.
  • I've created my own Silk Signage design. Can you print it for me?
    Although we appreciate this, we must only offer the designs created by us, but we will factor in anything specific you would like to include.
  • I want to use my own specific font, can you do this for me?
    We will consider this on a case-by-case basis, however, we cannot guarantee acceptance. We are at liberty to refuse any design fonts that don't form the collection we offer.
  • Can you tell me what fonts you use?
    We strictly do not disclose the fonts we use under any circumstances. This is to protect our intellectual property and future print revenue.
  • What is your policy on shipping?
    As every product is made-to-order, the approximate time to ship will vary depending on the product, and this is disclosed in each product description. Please refer to our shipping policy for full details. Should you have any questions or concerns in this regard, please contact us by email.
  • What is your policy on returns & exchanges?
    As every product is made-to-order, all orders are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange, return or cancellation, unless there is a manufacturing fault.
