Hire Conditions

We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with anything you hire from Ciara Aloisio.

You can find all of the hire pieces available on our hire page, to peruse and choose which pieces you like. 

At the bottom of the hire page, you will find a hire request form. Please fill out the form to submit any requests for styling pieces you wish to hire. We will respond within 48 hours to confirm that the pieces are available on the date of your event, and provide a final quote for you to consider.

All hires local to Sydney are to be collected from and returned to our location in Greendale, Sydney NSW. We allow collection within the 4 days prior to your event, and they must be returned within 3 days after your event to accommodate other hire requests.

 

If you are outside of Sydney and require shipping, we will work with you to provide a quote on return shipping. It will be shipped to arrive at least 2 days before the wedding, with a prepaid return label provided for you to return it after the wedding.

Each hire incurs a bond up to $200 that will be refunded within 7 days after the return of the styling pieces, pending no loss, no damage, and return to our location within the specified timeframe. That means, if there is any loss, any repairs needed, or if you don't return the items on time and it disrupts our ability to service other brides, we may withhold your bond.
