Returns

We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase on this site.

All items are non-refundable unless indicated otherwise. Items are indicated if they are eligible for return in the product page under the "Pre-Order" button. 

As such, we are unable to offer returns unless in the event of a genuine manufacturing fault. We request that you ensure your measurements are correct prior to confirming your order of any gowns, that you are set on the colour, and that any spelling of names is correct in design proofs for signage, place bows, etc.

Clients can initiate a return or exchange request for eligible items purchased on ciaraaloisio.com.au within 5 business days of receiving an order by emailing atelier@ciaraaloisio.com.au.

We will reach out to you within 48 hours of your request to assist in processing your return. Clients are responsible for the cost of shipping for a returned item.

Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with all tags attached and in the same condition as when it was delivered. All items are inspected upon arrival.

Any eligible refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 20-30 business days to process your return. We will reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements.

Ciara Aloisio does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any returned package is lost, stolen or mishandled.
